Shapers Academy is a six-month paid internship in Ljubljana for ambitious young people from across Europe. One page had to carry the work, the city and the community waiting on arrival, and it had to get the right twelve people to apply.

Career programs all sound the same: growth, impact, opportunity. To reach people with real options you have to talk to them differently: concrete promises and honest terms. On top of that, the page had to sell Ljubljana to people who couldn't place it on a map.
We wrote and designed the page as a straight offer: what you do, what you get, who you'll be surrounded by. Bold editorial type, a red thread of urgency running through twelve spots and one deadline, and the community placed front and centre, so applying feels like joining, not submitting a form.


A single page carries the whole program: the offer, the city and the people. Written for the few, not the many.
